First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at two treatments—vaginal estrogen and a moisturizer called Replens—for vaginal dryness in breast cancer patients taking aromatase inhibitors. About 33 women with estrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer will be followed for 6 months to see which treatment works better. The goal is to ease symptoms without interfering with their cancer therapy.
