Summary
This study tests a new drug called GS010, given as an injection into the eye, for people with Leber Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON), a genetic condition that causes rapid vision loss. The goal is to see if the treatment can improve eyesight and boost the activity of energy-producing parts of eye cells. The study involves 14 participants aged 15 and older who have vision loss in both eyes.
