First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study involves 100 adults who have a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital. Doctors will use portable ultrasound, blood tests, and a digital checklist to quickly find and treat reversible causes, like a blocked airway or drug overdose. The goal is to see how often these causes are found and whether this approach improves survival and reduces stress on the medical team.
