Summary
This study surveyed 54 Belgian spine surgeons to understand how they guide patients on returning to work after lumbar surgery for leg pain caused by nerve compression. The goal was to learn what advice they give, what challenges they face, and how their experience affects their recommendations. The findings will help improve return-to-work guidance for future patients.
