Blood test may guide second chance at cancer treatment

Summary
This study is testing if a specific drug combination (encorafenib plus cetuximab) can work a second time for patients with a certain type of advanced colorectal cancer. It will enroll 16 patients whose cancer initially responded to this same treatment but later stopped working. Doctors will use a special blood test (ctDNA) to check if the patient's cancer still has the right genetic profile before giving the drugs again.
