New eye imaging study aims to map retinal disease progression

NCT ID NCT07615699

First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study will use advanced eye scans to measure changes in the retina and choroid (layers at the back of the eye) in both healthy people and those with eye diseases. Researchers will follow about 125 participants for up to 5 years to see how these structures change over time. The goal is to better understand eye diseases, not to test a new treatment.
