Summary
This study tests whether adding resveratrol (a natural compound found in grapes) to standard diabetes care can improve blood vessel function and blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes. The trial will enroll 30 adults who have type 2 diabetes and signs of blood vessel damage. Participants will take resveratrol or a placebo, and researchers will measure changes in artery health and blood sugar levels over time.
