Summary
This study compares three physical therapy approaches for adults aged 20-60 with shoulder pain lasting at least four weeks. Participants are randomly assigned to routine therapy, tendon-specific exercises, or therapy that also addresses emotional factors. The goal is to see which helps people return to daily activities best, and to improve how shoulder problems are diagnosed and treated.
