Summary

This study looks at 360 adults hospitalized with acute heart failure who also have possible respiratory virus symptoms. Researchers will test for viruses like flu, RSV, and coronavirus using a nose swab. The goal is to see how often these viruses are present and whether they affect hospital stay length, ICU needs, or survival. No new treatments are given; this is an observation-only study.
