Summary
This study looked at whether 12 weeks of respiratory strength training could improve swallowing and breathing in people with Friedreich's ataxia. One participant completed the program, with tests before and after to measure lung function, swallowing, and muscle activity. The goal was to see if this simple training could ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
