NCT ID NCT07601126
First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study looked at 537 patients with respiratory infection symptoms to see how the types of germs (viruses and bacteria) changed from the COVID-19 pandemic period to after it. Researchers used a special test called multiplex PCR to compare which germs were found during each time. The goal was to understand how pandemic measures like masking and lockdowns affected the spread of other respiratory infections.
