Summary
This study tested a new, all-in-one breathing exercise device made in Turkey. It combines features of two existing devices to strengthen breathing muscles and improve lung ventilation. Forty healthy adults used either the new device or standard devices for 8 weeks. Researchers measured lung function and breathing strength before and after training.
