NCT ID NCT07536997
First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looked at how two simple techniques—resonance breathing (a slow, rhythmic way of breathing) and changing body position—affect the nervous system and blood flow in healthy young adults. 27 people aged 18-25 took part, each trying both techniques on separate days. The goal was to understand how these methods influence the body's automatic functions, not to treat any disease.
