New hope for transplant patients: drug targets fatty liver recurrence

Summary
This study tests a drug called resmetirom in people who have had a liver transplant and now have a fatty liver condition called MASH. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce liver fat safely. About 120 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 28 weeks.
