Small study tests exercise after tough pregnancies

NCT ID NCT07058818

First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 4-week resistance training program is doable for women who recently had pregnancy complications like preeclampsia or gestational diabetes. Seven to ten postpartum women were invited to try the program. The goal was to see how well they stuck with the exercises and how they felt about them, not to treat a disease.
