Can a school program shield future therapists from burnout?

NCT ID NCT05956756

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a health and resilience program to the regular coursework for occupational therapy students helps them feel better. Researchers want to see if the program reduces students' symptoms of anxiety and depression and improves their lifestyle habits and self-esteem. About 130 students will participate in the program as part of their classes and answer surveys before and after to measure any changes.
