New study tests resilience training for lymphoma survivors

Summary

This study tests whether a mind-body resilience group program can help lymphoma survivors better cope with challenges after finishing treatment. About 254 adults who completed lymphoma treatment within the past two years will participate. The program focuses on relaxation, recognizing stress, getting support, and changing negative thoughts.
