First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study follows 500 adults who had a heart stent and were doing well one month later. Researchers want to see if blood tests and special X-rays taken at that one-month mark can predict heart attacks, strokes, or other serious events over the next three years. Participants get yearly checkups but no new treatment is tested.
