This study looks at how many people with Addison's disease still produce small amounts of adrenal hormones like cortisol, even years after diagnosis. Researchers will test 200 adults in Norway and Sweden using blood and urine samples. The goal is to see if this leftover function affects quality of life, work ability, medication doses, or risk of adrenal crisis.
