Summary
This study is testing a new targeted cancer drug called repotrectinib specifically in frail or elderly patients with advanced lung cancer driven by a specific gene change (ROS1). The goal is to see if the drug is effective and tolerable for this vulnerable group, who are often left out of other clinical trials. Researchers will measure how well the drug shrinks tumors and controls the cancer.
