Summary
This study tests a new drug called repotrectinib in 30 frail or elderly patients with advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (ROS1). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and be well-tolerated in this group, who are often left out of other trials. Participants will take the drug and have regular scans to track their response.
