New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer patients

Summary

This study is testing whether an oral medication called reparixin can help control advanced myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer. It's for patients whose disease has worsened despite standard treatments or who cannot take those treatments. Researchers will measure if the drug reduces disease symptoms, shrinks enlarged spleens, and is safe to take over time.
