NCT ID NCT05835466

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug reparixin can help people with myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer. It is for patients with advanced disease who cannot take or refuse standard JAK inhibitor treatment. About 26 adults will take reparixin pills three times daily for 6 months, and may continue if their disease stays stable. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink the spleen, improve symptoms, or lead to remission.
