Summary
This study tests whether a kidney ultrasound can help doctors detect acute kidney injury early in people who have had a hemorrhagic stroke. Researchers will measure blood flow in the kidneys of 45 adult patients and see if it predicts kidney problems. The goal is to catch kidney damage sooner, which could lower the risk of serious complications and death.
