First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether a mobile app could help women monitor their C-section wounds at home after leaving the hospital. 216 women who had a cesarean section used the app or received standard care. The goal was to see if the app could catch infections early and reduce the number of in-person clinic visits, saving time and money.
