Summary

This study is testing whether a one-hour online training program can help people who use wheelchairs improve how they move in and out of their chairs. Researchers want to see if this remote training can reduce shoulder pain and make daily life easier. They are enrolling 200 wheelchair users to try the program and answer surveys about their experience over a year.
