Can a video call ease your knee pain as well as a clinic visit?
NCT ID NCT06101797
Summary
This study tested whether supervised exercise delivered via video calls is as effective as in-person physiotherapy for people with knee osteoarthritis. Forty-eight participants with knee pain and stiffness were randomly assigned to either a remote or in-person exercise program for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, physical function, and muscle quality to see if the two approaches provided similar benefits.
