Summary
This study tests a computer program designed to improve sleep and brain health in adults aged 65 and older with insomnia. About 240 participants will use the training at home to see if it helps them fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. The goal is to offer a drug-free way to ease insomnia and support independence.
