Can At-Home videos ease pelvic floor problems?
NCT ID NCT06689891
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a video-based pelvic floor muscle therapy program is easy to use and acceptable for patients. Twenty participants with pelvic floor disorders will try an 8-week course of guided exercise videos, starting and ending with a therapist visit. The main goal is to see if this remote approach is practical, while also checking if it helps improve symptoms like incontinence and quality of life.
