Summary
This study is testing a new system to monitor and adjust oxygen therapy for premature babies at home. It aims to help babies with chronic lung disease safely stop using oxygen sooner. The project involves 70 infants across four hospitals in the Czech Republic, using remote sensors and established protocols to guide care.
