Summary

This study looked at whether using remote monitoring (sending information from home to the care team) can help doctors and families make better decisions about ventilator settings for children who need breathing support at home. The goal was to safely reduce the level of breathing support while avoiding hospital visits. 50 children aged 0-17 on home ventilators took part.
