First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study compares remote monitoring using the HeartLogic algorithm against standard in-person checkups for 578 adults with heart failure who have a special defibrillator. The goal is to see if remote alerts can reduce deaths, unplanned hospital stays, and declines in quality of life over one year. Participants must be 18 or older, have a recent compatible device, and have a history of heart failure.
