Summary
This study is testing a personalized, home-based exercise program for people who have completed treatment for stomach or esophageal cancer. The goal is to see if supervised workouts delivered remotely can help survivors regain physical strength, reduce fatigue, and improve their ability to perform daily tasks. Researchers will enroll 20 participants to test the program's feasibility and measure changes in physical function, quality of life, and mental health.
