Can remote exercise coaching help cancer survivors get stronger?
NCT ID NCT05779605
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week home exercise program with remote guidance from a coach helps lymphoma survivors improve their fitness and quality of life better than standard center-based training. It will involve 80 people who have recently finished cancer treatment. Researchers will track participants' fitness, body composition, and well-being for a year to see if the convenient home-based approach leads to better long-term results.
