Video calls bring strength training to rural cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT06213571

Summary

This study is testing whether a 10-week home exercise program, delivered remotely via video calls, can improve physical function and quality of life for survivors of early-stage endometrial cancer. It focuses on participants who live in rural areas or are from historically underserved racial and ethnic groups, as they often face greater barriers to supportive care. The main goals are to see if the program is practical and acceptable for participants, and if it helps them feel better physically.
