First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a remote-controlled CT scanner with live video guidance from stroke experts can help smaller hospitals start clot-busting treatment faster for stroke patients. About 52 adults with suspected stroke within 24 hours of symptoms will take part. The goal is to see if this high-tech approach beats the usual way of getting treatment.
