Summary
This study is testing if repeatedly squeezing the arm with a blood pressure cuff can improve how the brain regulates its blood flow in healthy older adults. Researchers will compare different schedules of these arm squeezes over six weeks. The goal is to gather information to help design future studies on preventing strokes.
