Summary
This study is testing whether a special computer-based brain training program can help older adults with insomnia sleep better and improve their overall brain health. The program is done remotely from home and aims to help participants fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and feel more rested. Researchers are measuring sleep patterns, mood, and thinking skills in 240 U.S. residents aged 65 and older who have trouble sleeping.
