Zap your brain at home? new device aims to ease Parkinson's shakes
NCT ID NCT07182058
Summary
This study is testing a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation device that people with Parkinson's disease can use at home. Over 30 adults will wear the headset for 13 minutes a day, five days a week, for three weeks to see if it helps reduce movement problems like tremor, stiffness, and slowness. The entire study is done remotely via video calls, and researchers will track symptom changes using standard tests and video recordings.
