Summary
This study is testing different remote monitoring strategies to help people with high blood pressure better manage their condition. Researchers will enroll 2,500 English- and Spanish-speaking adults with hypertension to compare patient-focused and clinic-focused approaches. The goal is to find the most effective ways to improve blood pressure control through remote monitoring and tailored support.
