Smartphone app aims to stop Kids' asthma attacks before they start
NCT ID NCT07129616
Summary
This study is testing a new system that uses healthcare data and a smartphone app to try to predict asthma attacks in children and young people aged 5-17. The goal is to identify kids at high risk and contact their doctors or families early to prevent the attack from happening. About 900 participants will have their routine health data monitored, and some will also use an app that tracks symptoms, coughs at night, and activity.
