Remote program aims to ease burden for those living with advanced breast cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether a remote program that combines mindfulness and gentle physical activity is helpful and practical for people living with metastatic breast cancer. The program is delivered through a smartphone app and aims to support mental, social, and spiritual well-being to improve quality of life. Researchers will work with 38 participants to see if they find the program easy to use, useful, and enjoyable.
