Summary
This study tests whether using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) helps more people with type 2 diabetes achieve remission compared to standard finger-prick testing. About 176 adults will follow a low-calorie meal replacement plan and diabetes education for 18 months. The goal is to see if the CGM group has better blood sugar control without needing diabetes medication.
