NCT ID NCT07229105

First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at 40 people wearing clear aligners to see if special remineralizing agents (CPP-ACP, nano-hydroxyapatite, or fluoride varnish) could prevent white spots that often form around the small attachments on teeth. Participants used one of these products or regular fluoride toothpaste for 6 months, and the researchers measured changes in tooth enamel with a special device. The goal was to find which product best protects teeth during orthodontic treatment.
