Brain surgery anesthesia showdown: which method uses less medicine?

Summary

This study looks at two methods of giving the sedative remimazolam during brain bypass surgery in people with Moyamoya disease. The goal is to see which method uses less total medicine. About 58 adults having this surgery will take part, and the results will help guide safer anesthesia use.
