Summary
This study aimed to find the most effective and safe dose of a sedative called remimazolam for children aged 0-12 years old undergoing painless endoscopy procedures. Researchers tested different doses in 165 children to determine the amount that successfully sedates 90% of patients. The goal is to provide doctors with better dosing guidelines to make these common procedures safer and more comfortable for young patients.
