Anesthesia study aims to keep heart steady during breathing tube placement

Summary

This study looks at how much of the drug remifentanil is needed to stop sudden changes in heart rate and blood pressure when a breathing tube is placed during anesthesia. About 99 adults having planned surgery will take part. Researchers will compare two different drug combinations to find the most effective dose.
