Summary

This large, late-stage study is testing whether an investigational drug called remibrutinib can slow or stop the worsening of disability in people with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS). About 1,275 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo to see which is more effective at delaying disability progression. The main goal is to see if the treatment can help people maintain their current level of function for longer.
