Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called REM0046127 in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Participants took either a high dose, low dose, or placebo for 28 days. The goal was to check safety and see how the drug affected brain signals and spinal fluid markers. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
