Summary
This study looked at whether using a religious app called Pray.com can help lower stress in adults who feel highly stressed. Over 300 people were split into groups: some used the app freely, some used a guided prayer feature, and others waited. They filled out surveys about stress, anxiety, and mindfulness at the start, after 4 weeks, and after 8 weeks.
